What is "Texas Women's Histories"?

This website project utilizes the Texas Women’s Histories archive from the McGovern Institute and outside research to show why gender diversity and ethnic diversity is beneficial for medicine and why it can improve healthcare experiences and access for everyone. The project particularly focuses on the interviews of Ritsu Komaki and Lu Ann Aday, and uses their interviews and career experiences to exemplify the purpose of this project, as well as why diversity is so important.
