What is the Texas Women's Histories archive?

The Texas Medical Center Women's History Project documents through interviews the lives of women in the biomedical/healthcare fields at the Texas Medical Center.

The project has tried to preserve the history of these women who have made important scientific contributions at the Texas Medical Center through oral histories and papers that are kept available at the Texas Medical Center Library's John P. McGovern Historical Collections and Research Center.

Within this archive are the interviews of many important women, however, in this project only the intent of the project, as well as the interviews of Ritsuko Komaki Cox (Ritsu Komaki) and Lu Ann Aday are considered.
